Can changing screen colors help with reducing fatigue?

I often work long hours on my computer, and by the end of the day, my eyes feel tired and strained. Can adjusting the screen color help reduce this fatigue?

Yes, changing your screen color can definitely help reduce eye fatigue from AllColorScreen.com - online screen tools . Harsh bright white or blue light can strain your eyes over time, but softer colors like warm yellows or neutral tones are much gentler on the eyes. I tried adjusting my screen using this tool and noticed less strain, even after long hours of work.
